Distribution

Every sponsored episode reaches your audience across multiple channels:

What a run leaves behind: agent food

Those channels are where people first hear the ad. It spreads from there, and it stays live forever.

On most shows a host-read ad expires. Here it becomes a page. Every episode publishes to chainofthought.show with the whole conversation transcribed and speaker-labelled, so your name, your link, and what your product actually does are written into text that stays online.

Why that matters for search and AI assistants

Answer engines cite pages they can read. Check any of it yourself:

Some of this has already landed. Chain of Thought turns up in the training data of current large models, and not yet in the small open models we tested. Coverage varies by model and by training vintage, so treat it as a direction rather than a guarantee: every sponsored episode adds more permanent, well-crawled text to what the next training run reads.

Asked to describe this show, a fresh instance of Claude Opus 4.8 called it "often associated with the Galileo AI evaluation platform." Galileo was our founding sponsor through Season 3, and their flight ended in May 2026. The association outlasted the contract.

None of this promises an assistant will recommend your product; anyone promising that is guessing. It does put a technical conversation about your brand into the text search engines index, answer engines cite, and model builders train on.

And it compounds. The ad stays in the episode, the episode stays in the catalog, and the catalog keeps getting crawled and played long after your flight ends; 2025 episodes are still picking up listens.

We're just getting started on our AEO/GEO surface: we intend to be the best-indexed podcast for agents.

FAQ

How strict is category exclusivity?

Category exclusivity is included on the Presenting Sponsor tier for the full flight. We agree on what counts as a "direct competitor" on the kickoff call so there's no ambiguity later. Starter and Value tiers don't include exclusivity, but we'll flag any adjacent-industry deals before committing.

How much creative control do I have?

You provide the talking points, value prop, and any hard "do not say" lines. Conor writes the ad in his voice, reads it live into the episode, and sends a preview for your sign-off before publish. All ads are host-read — no pre-produced audio.

What reporting do I get?

We'll share aggregate downloads and YouTube views at the end of your flight. For newsletter sponsorships we report reads and link click-through directly — a recent sponsored feature saw 647 reads and a 3% click-through rate, on a list about half its current size. Podcast show-notes link clicks come through on your side via the UTM parameters on your sponsor link, so you can track those directly in your analytics. We'll also pass along qualitative signal we pick up (listener replies mentioning the brand, guests asking about the product).

What do we get with the social clips?

Raw clip files, usage rights, and captions — yours to reuse on your own channels, in ads, or in sales decks. We cut and distribute clips across Chain of Thought's LinkedIn and YouTube (Value tier and up), and we encourage you and your team to re-share to your own audience, which is often where the reach compounds. Approval rights on clips featuring your brand are available on higher tiers.

Can I hear an example ad read?

Yes — here's a host-read mid-roll ad, and a sponsored newsletter feature. Schedule a call to walk through more examples and performance.

How fast can an ad go live?

Typical timeline is 1–2 weeks from first contact: kickoff call, ad draft, sign-off, and your first read can air in the very next episode — reads are produced as standalone segments, so they don't wait on a recording schedule. We can move faster if there's a specific launch or window you're targeting.
